LONDON (SHARECAST) – A more active housing market has driven sales higher at John Lewis again, with beds and bedroom furniture in high demand. Sales rose 9.1% to £56.84m in the week to 24 October. The home department enjoyed an 11.5% increase, fashion 11% and electricals 6.1%.
