Denton police tactical team members responded to a house in the 1400 block of Sherman Drive on Thursday night to help get a woman out of a bedroom where her boyfriend was refusing to allow her to leave, according to a report. A woman called 911 about 9:30 p.m. She said her brother had been fighting with his girlfriend and had attacked her when she tried to help the girlfriend.
